If you are taking a diet pill that tells you to take the pill and then drink plenty of water and that it curbs your appetite just think using common sense. It is the water making you feel full and curbs your appetite. When you chew your food for 20 minutes your brain will automatically tell you that you are full and you eat less, live longer, and lose more weight.
