Do diet pills really work? On this weight loss diet there isn’t any need to take any diet pills. Most diet pills, if they work, claim to boost your metabolism. How can something unnatural as a diet pill be good for your health?
Healthy Diet
Just practice healthy eating habits, and chew, chew, chew each morsel until it is completely dissolved. This chemical reaction with your saliva will help you to lose weight fast. There are many false claims that diet pills really work. Just take a look at the directions, take the pill, eat healthy, and exercise regularly. A little hint, the last two suggestions are the reason for the weight loss and not the diet pill.

BEST DIET
I have been on the low carbohydrate diet several times and it has been the best diet that I have found to lose weight until I found the Chew Chew Diet. On this diet you can eat as much protein and meats as you want. This helps with those hunger cravings that you have on most diets. On the Chew Chew Diet you do not have any cravings. They just go away and you are satisfied.
LOSE 20 POUNDS
After you lose 20 pounds on the low carb fat diet you level off with the quick weight loss and only lose a half a pound a week.
LOSE 10 POUNDS
On the Chew Chew Diet I have lost on an average of 10 pounds per month.

Here is the latest update on my Free Diet. If you want to Lose 50 Pounds this is the diet for you. I have been on this diet since the end of March and have lost 50 pounds. I was losing 10 pounds per month but have reached a plateau. On The Atkins Diet and other diets I reached this plateau at about 20 pounds. Just don’t eat breakfast and chew each bite 32 times, it is as simple as that. Do not eat after the evening meal. If you do snack make sure you chew it real well. By the way with my lifestyle I eat a lot of fast foods and I still managed to lose 50 pounds.

Let us consider the economical aspects of this diet. With the rising cost of fuel and the rising cost of food, people who are on this diet eat about half as much as they did, when before they ate more. Since you are eating half as much as you did, you are spending half as much on food. This was tried and testing in the days of Horace Fletcher with army personnel. Whole communities in his day saved money too.
If you can get your whole family to do this, your food cost will go down. If crisis were to break out and there were food shortages, the people eating this way would survive better that those who didn't. The fact is that we eat too much. We are a gluttonous society. All you have to do is chew and salivate your food more.

We have a highly designed and perfect digestive system. It was designed and created by our creator to work perfectly. However, from what we shovel in it, it gets all out of tune with nature. Ask your self these questions. Does the stomach have teeth? Does the large and small intestines have teeth? What about the colon? The answer to all of these is NO. Only the mouth has teeth and they are there for a purpose, to tear and grind what we put into our mouths. "DIGESTION BEGINS IN THE MOUTH." You have heard it in your health and science books. We tear and chew our food and then the glands in the mouth secretes enzymes to begin the digestion process. What has happened though? We tear our food and we immediately swallow it allowing the other parts of our body to do the rest of the work. When we pass it off to the stomach it is neither refined or mixed with the enzymes that nature has so graciously provided us with. These enzymes turn starches into the good sugar. We have all types of digestive sicknesses and disease. The stomach medicine counters at the drugstores really love to see us coming for some type of digestive aid.
"THE THINGS WE HAVE CONTROL OVER." We can pick and choose what we want to eat. We can eat as much as we want to eat. We insert the food into our mouths and we can taste and enjoy the food for all it is worth, or we can wolf it down consuming as much quantity as we want.
"YOU ARE IN CONTROL." Once we send send it off to the esophagus it is in the hands of our perfectly designed bodies. Now we are not in control of the rest. The brain and digestive system does the rest of the work. Did we give them a fair advantage? Now the brain has to compensate for the mistakes we made. Did we overeat? Did we chew our food good enough? Did we poison ourselves with additives or a lot of sugar? Choose good healthy food, as natural as possible. FAT BURNING DIET

n : the practice of eating in small amounts and only when hungry and of chewing one's food thoroughly.
Fletcher, Horace (1849-1919), American dietitian, Horace Fletcher had a lot to say about how we eat, what to eat, and how it affected him. He was forty years old, his hair was white, he was overweight, he got the flu every six months, and was turned down for life insurance. He was a disciple of Prime Minister William Gladstone and this is where he began his eating adventure. After five months of being on this diet, he had lost sixty pounds, he felt the best he had in 20 years, he hadn’t even had the least little cold, and his stamina and endurance increased. It took a while before he convinced the world that this was the way we should eat but he affected many people at that time including John D Rockefeller and John Harvey Kellogg.
Here are the Simple details of the Diet.
First: Wait for a true earned appetite.
Second: Select from the food available that which appeals most to appetite, and in the order called for by appetite.
Third: Get all the good taste there is in food out of it in the mouth, and swallow only when it practically “swallows itself.”
Fourth: Enjoy the good taste for all it is worth, and do not allow any depressing or diverting thought to intrude upon the ceremony.
Fifth: Wait; take and enjoy as much as possible what appetite approves; nature will do the rest.
SUMMARY OF DIET
Wait until you have an earned hunger. Preferably two meals a day about 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. Breakfast only gratifies appetite. Hunger is caused by work.
Chew your food at least 32 times or more depending on what you are eating, more or less until it becomes liquid in your mouth.
Eat whatever you desire or are hungry for. Normally you are full after 20 to 30 minutes of chewing.
It takes 20 minutes for your brain to tell you that you are full. Listen to your system. You are satisfied and full after 20 minutes and you have consumed less food thus cutting calories in half.
